TCPA Consent & Communication Preferences

By submitting a contact form, clicking a "Match Me" or "Get a Quote" button, or calling a phone number on nationalacsolutions.com, you expressly consent to be contacted by National AC Solutions and its network of matched HVAC contractors regarding your service request. This consent is governed by the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and is independent of any purchase decision.
What You Consent To
- Calls: Live-dispatch calls and return calls from matched HVAC contractors to the phone number you provide, including calls placed with an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS) or using pre-recorded or artificial voice messages.
- Text messages: SMS and MMS text messages related to your service request, including appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and quote follow-ups. Standard message and data rates may apply.
- Email: Transactional emails confirming your request plus occasional educational content about HVAC maintenance, energy-efficiency rebates, and seasonal tune-up reminders.
Your Rights
- Consent is not required for purchase. You can request HVAC service from any provider regardless of whether you consent to marketing contact.
- Revocation. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any text, asking a caller to remove you from all lists, or emailing [email protected].
- Frequency. You may receive multiple messages about a single service request. Matched contractors may follow up within 48 hours of your submission.
