California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and similar state privacy laws give residents the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

What We Share

When you submit a form or call a number on nationalacsolutions.com, we share the following with one or more matched HVAC contractors: your name, phone number, email (if provided), ZIP code or service address, and the nature of your HVAC request. This transfer may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under state privacy laws even though no money changes hands directly with the consumer.

Your Right to Opt Out

You can request that we stop sharing your personal information with HVAC contractors for matching purposes. To submit a request:

Include the phone number, email, and ZIP you previously provided so we can locate your record
We will process your request within 15 business days

Note: opting out of sharing may prevent us from matching you with a contractor. You can still browse educational content and call matched contractors directly without submitting personal information.
