These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nationalacsolutions.com and related services (the “Services”) operated by National AC Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1) Our Role

National AC Solutions is a referral and information service. We do not provide HVAC services and are not a party to any agreement between you and independent HVAC contractors or service providers. Providers are solely responsible for their services, pricing, timelines, and warranties.

2) Eligibility & Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• You agree to provide accurate information and use the Services lawfully.
• By submitting a request, you authorize us to share your details with independent HVAC providers and to be contacted regarding your request (including by automated technology where permitted by law).

3) Quotes, Pricing, and Availability

Any quotes or estimates are provided by independent HVAC providers and are subject to change based on job details, parts, system condition, and on-site inspection. Arrival times and scheduling are subject to provider availability, traffic, weather, and other external conditions.

4) Third-Party Sites & Partners

The Services may link to third-party websites or display phone numbers that connect you to partners. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

5) Prohibited Uses

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services, including automated scraping or attempts to bypass rate limits or security measures.
• Impersonation or misrepresentation, including submitting false or misleading service requests.

6) Intellectual Property

Content on the Services, including text, design, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to National AC Solutions and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services without our prior written permission.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY PROVIDER’S QUALIFICATIONS, LICENSING, PRICING, AVAILABILITY, RESPONSE TIME, OR QUALITY OF WORK.

8) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATIONAL AC SOLUTIONS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

9) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless National AC Solutions and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your interactions with HVAC providers.

10) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
